Our vegan cakes are available in seven sizes—plus tiered combinations. I don’t fall into either category, but I can empathize with those who feel as if their dining options are severely limited by the ubiquity of gluten in, well, all of human existence. I made it my mission to make them better by studying, reading about, and testing gluten free items. I tested them on my wife, her family, the staff at her business, friends, strangers, you name it!
GF and non-GF are in same display cases, made in same kitchen, etc. It's sad - I used to love their treats. We offer our tried and true mainstays every day; however, we rotate what is in our cases frequently, providing variety based on seasonal freshness and the bakers’ creative whims.
